Surface and performance
- PBCoR Pickleball coefficient of restitution: a measure of how much energy the paddle returns to the ball. Governing-body limits cap it, so a lower number is not a weaker paddle.
- 0.43Supplied by LIGMA
Values are supplied by LIGMA or visible on the paddle, and are labelled as such. Independently measured values will be added with their method and spread.
What you're holding.
- Face and line frame: a textured face with a printed line frame that steps around the model badge and the spec labels.
- Edge guard: a red edge guard around the face.
- Handle and grip: a white, perforated grip.
- Profile: a 16mm core thickness.
Fit
Who it's for. Who it isn't.
For
Players who prefer an elongated shape with a 16mm core and want the data to go with it.
Not for
Players who want a widebody or standard-shape paddle, a signature-pro paddle, or the lowest price.
What to expect.
Break-in
Paddles change as they are played in. We will say what to expect, not a fixed hour count.
Surface wear
A textured surface wears with play. That is normal and is not a defect.
Edge guard
Edge guards take hits from floors and other paddles. What is covered is on the warranty page.
Care
Avoid heat, and mark the paddle with stickers, not permanent marker.

Questions.
What is the ENIGMA?
A 16mm elongated pickleball paddle with a carbon fiber face, a red edge guard and a perforated white grip. It is LIGMA's first paddle.
How do I pre-order it?
Add it to your cart from the ENIGMA page and check out. Pre-orders ship at launch.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, with USPS or UPS. Shipping is a flat $10 in the United States and a flat $15 everywhere else. Details are on the Shipping page.
What does the warranty cover?
A limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, with one replacement per paddle. The full terms, including what is not covered and how to file a claim, are on the Warranty page.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. If it is unused you get a refund minus a $20 restocking fee; if it has been used there is a $30 usage fee instead. Return shipping is on you. The full terms are on the Returns and refunds page.
What is the difference between swing weight and static weight?
Static weight is what the paddle weighs on a scale. Swing weight is how heavy it feels when you swing it, and it depends on where the weight sits. Two paddles at the same static weight can feel very different.
Which specs do you publish?
Every spec states where it comes from: printed on the paddle, visible on it, or measured. Measured numbers (weights, balance, swing weight, twist weight) are added with how they were measured as they are taken. The Spec guide explains each one.
